STAND UP PADDLE
Stand up paddle is a unique sport. Participants use a paddle and a large stable board and can paddle in any water location. In Ericeira, we can paddle in the ocean or in the Lizandro river, you can choose what you prefer.
On calm water days, it is possible to paddle along the coast and see Ericeira from a unique view, inside the water, and get to know several beaches!

SKATE LESSONS
Surfskate lessons, flat and carving; Bowl Skating and Mini-ramp Skating
Skateboarding is a great exercise, where you burn a lot of calories and can keep going for hours. It makes your legs and core stronger and helps you improve your overall health and fitness condition, besides being very fun and challenging.
If you are a surfer or learning, skating will help you train your balance so you can perform better inside the water!

world surf reserve bike ride
Ericeira, a world surf reserve, considered by many the mecca of the sport, with the presence of seven world-class waves distributed by its coast.
This route of 10 km of medium level, allows knowing its track and surrounding landscapes.

DAM ADVENTURE
With excellent conditions for the practice of wakeboard and jet ski, the Montargil Dam, located in Ponte de Sôr, is part of the watershed of the Tagus river.
